Metservice Lukasz Szalas is a private company operating since 2009, but our presence and experience in automatic bar lathes processing date back to 80's. We specialize in manufacturing at automatic bar lathes and CNC bar lathes.

Our customers are polish companies as well as European ones. Our manufacured products find places in large branch of industry as automotive, electrotechnical , construction as well as furniture, food and farm machinery. We owe our development to constant investment in machines and new technology, as well as continually quality improvement usin appropriate measuring controls and systems.

For best offer for our customers we co-operate with galvanizing comp., paiting shops etc. We realize large and medium quantity orders as well as small onces and prototype orders. We produce basing on our customer's technical documentation or samples, wchich we make documentation ourselves with cooperation with customer. Our strengths are experience in automatic bar lathes production and processing as well as efficient and quick realization of entrusted us orders.

Metservice Lukasz Szalas specializes in the services production on automatic bar lathes and CNC bar lathes in range of 5 mm up to 60 mm bar diameter.

Depending on our customers needs we operate on:

• structural steel
• tool steel
• stainless steel
• non-ferrous metals
• plastics (POM, PVC,PA etc.)

We produce from our steel as well as entrusted by customer's materials. We cooperate with many steel suppliers from Poland and all Europe. For optimizing costs and quality of our products we use additional equipment and tools as threading, drilling machines, cycle control lathes, automatic band saws.

For our cooperation customers we are able to build storage of their products as best soulution for timely and regular supply. Our offer include also band saw cutting services. Our machines are equipped with automatic feeding system and are able to cut up to 400 mm diam.
